**Please Note**

 - A current and valid U.S. Driver’s license is required in CT.

 - Renters must be at least 25 years of age.

 - Renters must download and create a "Turo" account.

 - To operate in NY, renters must always hold a motorcycle license and wear a full-face helmet while riding our Slingshot.

 - Only authorized renters under the rental agreement can operate the Slingshot.

 - Renters agree not to perform stunts of any kind on the Slingshots including but not limited to,

drifting or burnouts.

 - Medical insurance is not provided and is the responsibility of the renter.

 - All coverage and waivers are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental contract.
